Aston Martin Works Showroom
In the heart of the sophisticated Mayfair district of London, Aston Martin Works, the factory-based classic department of the British sports car manufacturer, opened its own showroom. It is located right next to the Aston Martin Experience Center at No.8 Dover Street. In addition to specially purchased vehicles from the factory, which are inspected at the Aston Martin Works workshop and more or less extensively restored if necessary, the British company also present their offers, which they submit directly to end customers, in the new premises. In addition to factory restoration, this also includes various technical upgrades for earlier model series. For example, owners of the V12 Vanquish can convert their cars from automatic to manual transmission.
Of course, the new showroom will also serve for presentation of upcoming continuation cars in the future. Aside from the already sold-out DB4 GT, Aston Martin recently announced that they will build 25 copies of Sean Connery’s film vehicle, the ‘James Bond 007’ DB5. First deliveries are planned from summer 2020, possibly also in the new London showroom.
